ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR NUTRITION/FOOD MANAGEMENT

    Department:   Family & Consumer Sciences

Description of Duties:

Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Nutrition/Food Management and Nutritional Sciences. Conduct research. Advise and recruit students. Provide leadership for continued program development. Participate in service to the department, school, university, and community; continue professional development; and scholarly activities. This is a nine month, tenure track position.

 
Qualifications:

Doctorate in Nutrition or related area. Registered Dietician preferred.
 
Special Requirements:

Teaching experience at the college/university level. Appropriate clinical dietetics work experience. Active participation in ADA. Involvement with research. Effective communication skills and ability to work with students. Excellent computer skills.
