INSTRUCTOR/ASSISTANT PROFESSOR MATHEMATICS
Open Date:   September 8, 2005 Employment Status:   Full-Time, Permanent Employee
Closing Date:   UNTIL FILLED Salary Range:   Commensurate with Experience
    Department:   Mathematics and Computer Science

Description of Duties:

The teaching of all levels of undergraduate mathematics, statistics, and mathematics education courses; recruitment; serving on department, college and university committees; and program course development and enhancement.

 
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Mathematics Education is required. Doctorate in these disciplines or related area is preferred. At least one year of teaching experience at the secondary or post-secondary level is required.
 
Special Requirements:

Related industrial employment and prior research activity are desirable. Applicant must be committed to undergraduate teaching and research, possess excellent communication skills, and possess a personal concern for all students.
