ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF MUSIC EDUCATION

Description of Duties:
	Teach the Music Education courses to include music for the elementary and secondary classrooms as well as music appreciation.

Qualifications:
	A PhD or DMA is required. Additionally, applicants should possess at least three (3) years of varied teaching experiences in either elementary and/or secondary schools.

Special Requirements:
	Preferably, piano and vocal skills, and a strong knowledge of Orff instruments is highly encouraged. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are very essential.
