ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF MUSIC-LOW BRASS

Description of Duties:

The selected candidate teaches applied low brass lessons for Trombone, Euphonium and Tuba and a brass pedagogical methods class. Additionally, this professor is expected to academically advise students whose major consists of music education, music performance and music industry.

 
Qualifications:

A Doctorate of Musical Arts, a Doctorate if Philosophy in Music or successfully attain the status of ABD by August 2008 is required. Of the degrees matriculated, one degree should show a concentration in music performance.
