Child Development Learning Center
The South Carolina State University Child Development Learning Center (CDLC) is a full day pre-school program, enrolling children between the ages of two and four years old. The only nationally accredited pre-school program in Orangeburg County, the CDLC is licensed by the South Carolina Department of Social Services and is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
