If you have knowledge of fraud, theft, or abuse of any University assets or property. Also, if you have knowledge or suspect ethical misconduct.
Am I required to report such information to my supervisor before contacting the hotline?
No.
Will it be confidential?
Yes. We would like you to reveal your identity so we can ask follow-up questions, but that is entirely up to you. If you identify yourself, we will make every effort possible to keep this information confidential.
