Bachelor of Science in Management
The Management Program is a 122 hours degree program that provides the student with a well-rounded understanding of the operation and management of a business enterprise. Students acquire a basic understanding of principles involved in managing a business and its employees, the way in which it markets its products, and the economy within which the firm operates. Students may structure their curriculum to pursue career options in financial management, human resource management, international business and management information systems.
Bachelor of Science in Marketing
The Marketing Program is a 122 hours degree program that provides a basic understanding of policies, principles, procedures, and institutions involved in the movement of industrial and consumer goods. The program provides students with a foundation in sales, merchandising, consumer behavior, advertising, marketing management and market research.
Master of Business Administration
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program at SC State University is a 36 hours degree program designed to prepare graduates for management careers in industry or as an entrepreneur. The curriculum integrates accounting, marketing, finance, statistics, managerial economics and business analysis with an emphasis in either entrepreneurship or agribusiness. The thirty-six (36) credit hours include 15 credit hours of business core courses and 21 credit hours in one of the areas of concentration.
