Beta Gamma Sigma

Beta Gamma SigmaBeta Gamma Sigma is the international honor society serving business programs accredited by AACSB International. Membership in Beta Gamma Sigma is the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive in a business program accredited by AACSB International. The Mission of the International Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma is to encourage and honor academic achievement in the study of business, to foster personal and professional excellence, to advance the values of the Society, and to serve its lifelong members.

Alpha Kappa Psi

Alpha Kappa PsiAlpha Kappa Psi was founded on the principles of educating its members and the public to appreciate and demand higher ideals in business and to further the individual welfare of members during college and beyond. Alpha Kappa Psi is much more than just another organization or club—it is a unique, prestigious association of students, professors, graduates and professionals with common interests and goals.  Students join Alpha Kappa Psi to take advantage of valuable educational, friendship and networking opportunities.

National Association of Black Accountants (NABA)

The mission of NABA, Inc. is to address the professional needs of its members and to build leaders that shape the future of the accounting and finance profession with an unfaltering commitment to inspire the same in their successors. Membership in NABA unite students with professionals who have similar interests and ideals, are committed to professional and academic excellence, possess a sense of professional and civic responsibility, and are concerned with enhancing opportunities for minorities in the accounting, finance and business related professionals.

Agribusiness Club

The purpose of the Club is to promote beneficial relationships between members of the club and firms in the agribusiness community, and to promote the interchange of ideas between students and faculty. Students learn about opportunities in the Agribusiness industry.

Beta Alpha Psi

Beta Alpha PsiBeta Alpha Psi is an honor organization for financial information students and professionals.The primary objective of Beta Alpha Psi is to encourage and give recognition to scholastic and professional excellence in the business information field.This includes:promoting the study and practice of accounting, finance and information systems,providing opportunities for self-development, service and association among members and practicing professionals,and encouraging a sense of ethical, social, and public responsibility.

Business Student Council (BSC)

The mission of the Business Student Council is to bridge the gap between business students, faculty, and the community by engaging students in various events and activities, making students aware of career opportunities, and serving as student representatives on all business related matters associated with the Business Program. The core values of the Business Student Council are in line with those of the School of Business and include: Leadership, teamwork, community services, integrity, and performance.

Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)

SHRMSHRM is a global HR professional organization that exists to build and sustain partnerships with human resource professionals, media, governments, non-governmental organizations, businesses and academic institutions to address people management challenges that influence the effectiveness and sustainability of their organizations and communities;

Economics Club

The Economics Club is an excellent way for students to learn more about economics and what one can do with an economics degree after graduation. The Club also provides a good opportunity to meet other students with similar interests and to interact with members of the Economics faculty informally outside of the classroom.
