Steps To Obtaining a Banner User Account/ID with Password/Pin or Screen/Menu Access

1. Complete HR Personal Data Form - Contact HR Department to verify your personnel data has been entered in the system.

2. Complete Computer Access Request Form

  • Computer Access Request Form

3. Submit the Computer Access Request Form to:

  • UCITS by Fax, in person or the respective Systems Analyst
    • Fax 803-536-8758
    • Deliver in person to Crawford-Zimmerman Bldg/Room 213
  • Contact the respective Systems Analyst if you have any questions or need assistance completing the User Account Request Form

4. Must have successfully completed BANNER Training for the Module for which access is being requested.

If the person for which the account or access is being requested has not received the corresponding BANNER Training. Please contact UCITS at 536-8111 or click here.
