SC State Announces Vice President for Institutional Advancement Finalists

SC State University announces the names of the three applicants who have been selected as finalists for the vice presidency for the Division of Institutional Advancement at SC State.

The finalists, listed in alphabetical order, are:

Anthony Holloman, currently the associate vice president for University Advancement at Tuskegee University, Tuskegee, Ala.;

Juan McGruder, Ph. D., the former associate vice president for Institutional Advancement for the Morehouse School of Medicine, Atlanta, Ga;

Alicia Smith, currently the director of Development for the University of South Carolina School of, Columbia, S.C.

The three finalists will meet with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members during their visits to SC State’s campus. Following the campus visit, the finalists will meet with President George E. Cooper who will ultimately appoint the next vice president for the division of Institutional Advancement at SC State.

Specific stakeholder meeting dates and times are attached. They will begin on Monday, August 3, 2009.
