Thursday, March 24, 2011

SC State University’s Career Center will host their annual Educators’ Day Recruitment Fair on Thursday, March 24, 2011. This annual event will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the SC State campus in the K.W. Green Student Center. The Educators’ Day Recruitment Fair will include representatives from the various school districts who are seeking students pursuing careers within the education system, and according to Joseph Thomas, interim director for the Career Center, this is a great opportunity for SC State students to acquire jobs in education.

“The Educators’ Day Recruitment Fair is a way to expose SC State students and 2011 prospective graduates to school representatives who are able to employ them and place them in careers within their respective field,” says Thomas. “Whether you are interested in elementary education, math and science education, speech pathology or language arts, there will be representatives from several districts at the Educators’ Day Recruitment Fair who can speak with you about your options.”
