SC State University Celebrates 39th Anniversary of Business Week

During the week of March 28, 2011, SC State University’s Business Program will celebrate the 39th Annual Business Week. This year’s theme will be: “Embracing Corporate Citizenship and Sustainability in the 21st Century.”


Business WeekSince 1972, SC State University’s Business Program has conducted an annual Business Week, first established as an organizational activity of the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society and later expanded to incorporate the entire business school. As a prominent annual event, Business Week continues to recognize the academic and professional development of students, faculty and staff within the College of Business and Applied Professional Sciences.


The following activities have been planned for Business Week 2011:

Kick-Off Session

Panel Discussion on “Effective Corporate Sustainability Strategies in the 21st Century,” including panelists from Albemarle, DPU, Santee-Cooper, SCANA, Orangeburg County Community Development Division and Orangeburg County Development Commission.
