Job Description

AgFirst is a growing agricultural lender located in downtown Columbia, SC with over $30 billion in assets. We have an exciting opportunity available for a Human Resources Organizational and Development Intern in Columbia, S.C. The internship experience at AgFirst Farm Credit Bank is designed to partner with students and create a learning experience that allows students to challenge themselves through projects and assignments. The intern selected for this role must be a highly motivated individual, and will assist with employee development and other learning technology projects. The desired candidate must be able to work between 15 to 20 hours per week. The successful candidate would be pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in education, communications, business, or related discipline. Were looking for a candidate with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint), working knowledge of audio-visual equipment, and good communication and organizational skills. Working knowledge of e-learning development tools, Microsoft SharePoint, graphic design, and web development would be very helpful. The ideal candidate will also enjoy working as part of a fast-paced team to achieve results and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Undergraduate candidates must have junior or senior standing.
