| Description of Duties: | |||||
Coordinate the Individual and Family Program; teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of Child Development/Family Studies. Provide leadership in continued program development. Advise and recruit students for the major. Acquire external funding and conduct research. Serve on departmental, college and university-wide committees. Collaborate with 1890 Research and Extension in providing service to the community. |

| Qualifications: | |||||
Doctorate in Family Studies or related area; evidence of research, scholarship, directing of theses and advising of graduate students. At least three years of college teaching. |

| Special Requirements: | |||||
Ability to work effectively with a diverse population. Strong oral and technical writing skills, good leadership skills and a good team player. |
