| Description of Duties: | |||||
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in audiology, supervise student practicum; advise undergraduate and graduate students; provide a full range of audiological servicesdiagnostic (hearing aid evaluation, otoacoustic emissions, brain stem audiometry) and management (hearing aid fittings and aural rehabilitation) for pediatric through geriatric populations; contribute to the accomplishment of the Program and College strategic goals. |

| Qualifications: | |||||
Doctoral degree in Audiology, Master's required. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology, and South Carolina License by The Board of Examiners for Speech Pathology and Audiology or be eligible. A minimum of four (4) years teaching experience at the university level. |

| Special Requirements: | |||||
Preference given to candidates with a background in teaching and providing services to culturally diverse populations. Experience with school-aged hearing impaired population and potential to conduct and participate in research pertinent to clinical speech-language pathology and audiology. |
