The Human Resources Module is the area that manages all important employee (Salary, Hourly, Temp, Student Workers) services such as Payroll, Deductions and Benefits, Leaves and other critical information that must be managed for employees.

Dear Cabinet Members, Deans, Chairpersons, other administrators, faculty and staff,

The University has recently implemented the Banner Payroll system. This system has been in the implementation stages for more than a year and will allow the university to do more timely, complete and accurate reporting of payroll data. Also, one important feature of the new payroll system is that, you may go on line to review and print your pay information. There are other important features which you will be notified of in coming weeks.

The purpose of this email is to inform you of the pay periods (column #1), Time sheets due and other pay information (column#2) and check issue date (column #3).

Please keep in mind that anything affecting an employee's pay which includes, time sheets for hourly employees and students, P-13's, P-14's, P-4's and any other document that affects pay must be in Payroll on the dates stipulated in column #2.

Missing those dates will result in your pay check not being processed until the next pay cycle. Supervisors: Failure to adhere to these dates will cause your student/employee to miss his/her paycheck. We will not process subsequent payroll or advances. Your attention to this important personnel matter is required.

Late time sheets will be paid on the FOLLOWING pay date!!!!!!!!
