SC State University’s Administration is implementing strict deadlines regarding payment of fees and validation of enrollment. All students must submit all fee payments and validate enrollment (even if they have a zero balance) by Friday, July 22, 2011. If students have not validated enrollment, paid their bill and/or made financial arrangements, their class schedule, meal plan and housing assignment will be dropped on Friday, July 22, 2011. A $200 late registration fee will be applied to all students who have not paid the necessary fees or who have not made payment arrangements beginning Friday, July 22, 2011.
Please be reminded that each time class schedules are dropped, all students must re-enter their class schedule in Bulldog Connection. Class schedules will be dropped on the following dates if fee payment or payment arrangements and validation of enrollment have not been made: Friday, July 22, 2011; Friday, July 29, 2011; Friday, August 5, 2011 and Wednesday, August 17, 2011.
Beginning Saturday, August 6, 2011, all fees must be confirmed by the Office of Accounts Receivable before a student will be allowed to re-enter a schedule in Bulldog Connection. To contact the Office of Accounts Receivable, please call (803) 536-8991, (803) 533-3706 or email email@example.com.
