SC State running back DeShawn Baker continues to pile up football honors as he will be in Atlanta Saturday to accept the 100 Percent Wrong Club’s trophy for earning Offensive Player of the Year accolades in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference.

The Club, annually, recognizes the top offensive and defensive players from the four historical black conferences and HBCU independents.

Baker, who along with Bulldog offensive lineman Clyde Reed, were honored as Sheridan Broadcasting Network All-Americans last Saturday in Atlanta, is also a candidate for the Jake Gaither Award, given to the top offensive player among HBCUs.
