The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at SC State University’s mission is to develop, evaluate and disseminate programs that foster economic growth and development throughout our assigned areas in South Carolina by providing technical assistance and quality management to individuals and businesses to create a favorable climate for entrepreneurship qualities we believe are essential in leading productive lives and prosperous business in a democratic society. The SC State SBDC is in a partnership program with the U.S. Small Business Administration. These services include free expert consulting services, concentrated training, and information resources.
