Mays I was built in 1967 and has a capacity of 140 male students housed in double bedroom accommodations. Each bedroom has two twin size beds with extra long mattresses, two desks, two chairs, two dressers, and two closets. All rooms are equipped with cable television service and the building has wireless internet access. There are two large bathrooms on each corridor for resident use as well as a student lounge on every floor.
