Course DescriptionThis session will provide valuable information to managers and supervisors regarding the legal rights of disabled persons' in the workplace. Explanations and discussions center on terms such as essential job functions, reasonable accommodations, job descriptions, testing, medical examinations, and the illegal use of alcohol and drugs. Proofs, defenses and remedies are also discussed. Case scenarios will be reviewed, providing participants with a practical approach to solving problems they may encounter. |
