	Administrative Support Professionals The Office of Professional Development and Training offers programs of focused study for administrative coordinators, assistants and specialists, first line supervisors and managers. Persons who successfully complete the requirements of these programs will receive CEU credits, where applicable, and a certificate of program completion. Equally important, participants will increase their professional knowledge and skills, therefore benefiting themselves and the University.
	Leadership Institute Leadership Institute consist for seminar offerings for two certificate programs: First-Line Supervisor (FLS) and Mid-Level Manager (MLM).
	Professional Development Institute Professional Development Institute consist for seminar offerings in the following areas: career development, information technology, mandatory, personal development and general interest.
