The Academic Success Academy (ASA) is an initiative of the Academic Success and Retention Programs under Academic Affairs and consists of three components—the General Education Curriculum (GEC) review, the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) for faculty professional development, and the Early College High School. The Executive Director is Dr. S. Aisha Steplight Johnson who brings college administration experience, teaching experience, and a commitment to the academic success of all students as well as collaborating with faculty and staff.
