Job Description

" Lead team to drive the development and implementation processes for product development. " Develops and directs development of schedules and critical deliverables, assigned tasks to appropriate resources. " Define (multi-generational) product roadmaps which include new product development, value engineering and cost reduction activities to achieve year-over-year sales and earnings growth. " Generates all required documentation in support of the development and manufacturing products and processes, including timelines, responsibilities, engineering protocols, reports, bill of materials, assembling instructions, manufacturing instructions and procedures. " Develops plans to evaluate process repeatability and stability through equipment qualification and process validation. " Ensures compliance. " Drive the product brand strategy and influence marketing activities. " Tracks program progress and identifies any delays or issues. " Interacts with teams and senior management to provide status updates and resolve open issues. " Recommends and implements changes to product, processes to resolve escalated produce solutions to coordination with the team. " Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing and/or engineering organization. " Provide regular project status reports

Requirements

" 1 to 5 years of project or product engineering/management experience or equivalent. " Strong Manufacturing background. " Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. " Able to manage all aspects of programs, including technical testing, communicating with stakeholders, providing risk assessment and business impact. " Strong mechanical skills " Knowledge of machine process improvement practices " Mechatronics certificate/degree or Engineering degree desirable " Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
