Johnny Jarvin Wilson is an accomplished manufacturing leader with over a decade of
progressive experience in food, beverage, and consumer goods operations. Currently
serving as Director of Manufacturing for Hill’s Pet Nutrition (Colgate-Palmolive),
he oversees a $120M facility budget, leading 130 employees and driving more than $400M
in annual net sales. Recognized for delivering measurable results, Wilson has successfully
reduced unplanned downtime by 66%, generated over $2M in positive variances, and improved
KPIs such as first-pass release, schedule adherence, and efficiency of manufacturing
cost by 50%.
His career includes senior leadership roles at Ferrara/Ferrero USA, Kraft-Heinz, and
ConAgra Foods, where he consistently demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing,
TPM, quality assurance, sanitation programs, and operational excellence. He has a
proven ability to build high-performing teams, implement cost-saving initiatives,
and ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, SQF, FSSC, and HACCP standards. Wilson is also
skilled in SAP and Kronos systems, as well as leading audits, SSOPs, GMPs, and environmental
monitoring programs.
