Dr. Kedralyn L. Folk is an innovative educator, researcher, and leader dedicated to transforming teaching and learning through personalized education, technology integration, and systemwide improvement. She currently serves as an Innovation Program Specialist with Richland School District Two, where she leads district-wide initiatives that foster human-centered design, advance artificial intelligence integration, and support innovation incubator teams with strategic resources and training. Her work drives collaboration among educators, students, and community partners while cultivating a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. 

A former classroom teacher and instructional leader, Dr. Folk has taught at the elementary and secondary levels and served as a mentor to educators implementing virtual, blended, and personalized learning models. In higher education, she is a Visiting Lecturer at Clemson University and the University of South Carolina, where she develops and delivers graduate and pre-college courses on leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship. 

Recognized as an Emerging Leader by the South Carolina Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development and a Distinguished Educator by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Dr. Folk is also an Education Leaders Experience Fellow, where she collaborates with statewide executives to align education, workforce, and policy priorities. A sought-after presenter, she has facilitated numerous professional development sessions on innovation, design thinking, and artificial intelligence in education.
