Sherman Lee, SHRM-CP is a certified HR professional with expertise in compensation management, HR operations, and data-driven decision making. He currently serves as Human Resources Operations Manager at the South Carolina Department of Transportation, where he oversees SCEIS PA/OM actions, enterprise HR reporting, data governance, and the agency-wide EPMS program. In this role, he partners with IT and HR program areas to optimize systems, strengthen compliance, and improve decision-making processes across the organization. 
 
Previously, Lee was Senior Compensation Consultant at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, leading eight APR and merit cycles for approximately 13,000 employees. He developed competitive compensation strategies, managed Workday pay plans, and drove market pricing, internal equity, and incentive program design. Earlier roles as an HRIS specialist with Southwest Airlines and Richland School District Two, as well as HR generalist and recruitment positions with the City of Charlotte and South Carolina DSS, further established his expertise in HR data accuracy, automation, and employee lifecycle management. 
 
Lee is recognized for leveraging advanced analytics tools including Excel, SQL, Tableau, MS Access, and Workday Compensation to translate complex data into actionable insights that guide pay structures and organizational effectiveness. His certifications include SHRM-CP, WorldatWork Market Pricing, and Tableau Analyst.
