Simona S. Falana is an accomplished leader, entrepreneur, and educator with extensive
experience in transportation, logistics, and workforce development. She currently
serves as Area Team Leader for Transportation Services with the School District of
Palm Beach County, where she manages a team of more than 100 employees, oversees operational
improvements, and implements data-driven strategies to enhance fleet management, routing
efficiency, and customer service. Her leadership has resulted in measurable improvements
in compliance, cost savings, and service delivery for one of Florida’s largest school
districts.
Beyond her public service, Falana is the Founder and CEO of Simona Says, Blue Front
Logistics, and Simona Sells Sunshine, ventures that reflect her passion for empowerment,
logistics contracting, and real estate. She is also the producer and host of Simona
Says: Real Women Still Exist, a radio show and podcast reaching thousands nationwide,
where she inspires audiences through conversations on faith, wellness, and resilience.
In higher education, Falana serves as an Adjunct Professor and Career Advisor at Palm
Beach State College, where she teaches supply chain management, mentor’s students,
and has led initiatives that increased program enrollment by 30% while exceeding performance
KPIs.
