He currently serves as Senior Business Development Team Manager, where she oversees
a leadership team supporting 32 business development representatives (BDRs). Under
his direction, the team has consistently exceeded quota, achieved double-digit year-over-year
growth, and maintained one of the lowest attrition rates across the organization.
Recognized multiple times as BDR Manager of the Month and ranked among the top BDR
managers in FY23 and FY24, he is known for cultivating a winning culture rooted in
collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
His career spans key leadership roles at Exabeam, Darktrace, Stericycle, and T-Mobile,
where he developed deep expertise in account-based sales strategy, pipeline development,
coaching, and cross-functional enablement. Tieresse’s record of achievement includes
leading multimillion-dollar sales teams, implementing data-driven coaching methods,
securing national recognition for quota performance, and mentoring professionals who
advanced into senior roles.
