Currently serving as Director of Global Transportation at Pool Corporation, he oversees a $270 million budget and manages more than 6,700 company-owned and leased fleet assets across domestic and international markets. In this role, he has delivered measurable results including multi-million-dollar cost savings, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives that enhance sustainability, compliance, and long-term growth. His work includes driving zero-emission vehicle readiness, advancing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting, and developing innovative tools and processes that boost efficiency and accountability at all organizational levels.
Morris’s career reflects a consistent track record of excellence in logistics, procurement, and strategic sourcing. At the Center for Breakthrough Medicines, he guided global procurement and sourcing strategies to support the company’s readiness and growth in advanced therapeutics.
At Johnson Controls, he directed $300 million in logistics procurement across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, where his efforts resulted in millions in savings, diverse supplier promotion, and enhanced compliance through technology integration. His leadership at Sysco and Beacon Roofing Supply similarly produced significant cost reductions and operational gains, including double-digit productivity increases, fleet optimization, and improved service standards across multiple distribution centers.
