Campus Restoration and Beautification Fund ($1,000,000): supporting projects aimed at revitalizing, enhancing, and maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of the campus environment.
LED Lighting Upgrade: Last year, we collaborated with DPU to upgrade 276 out of 462 exterior lights to energy-efficient LED. To complete the conversion and address insufficient lighting in key areas like Hugine Suites, Belcher Hall, and along Geathers and Naylor Streets, an additional investment is required.
Wayfinding System Overhaul: The campus's current wayfinding signage is outdated
and faded, necessitating a comprehensive update. The project includes installing kiosk signs with "You Are Here" campus maps at strategic locations.
Sidewalk and Curb Improvements: We will replace 570 linear feet of 6-foot-wide sidewalk across campus and repaint curbs and ADA crossings.
